The presenter will take the audience through - how to set up an SMSF and why you might want to set one up, the advantages and disadvantages of running your own SMSF, how the fund operates before a member is eligible for a pension, how the proportionality rule operates, how the fund operates once a member commences a pension and what happens upon death.
